Hi ya all. Left home 1045 wednesday morning. Manage to get all the way to Nhill for the first stop. Not a bad park old but clean. Fuel prices abit scary!! $138. for unleaded .70 for LPG.
Second day was quite long too. We left C/Park at 7.45, Morning tea on he road. Lunch at a road side stop who's name cant remember.
arrived at Port Augusta at around 1800. Nice park But they lock you in at 2100( black fellas). Just top up with fuel here, same price for unleaded but LPG was 60 cents.
Onwards tommorow to Ceduna, hope to catch up with rick there!!
Dont know if i can get Internet over the nullabor if not Esperance will be mu next log on point. Talk write to you all then.

Well the day has arrived. i am trying to get going, but Brenda has gone to the shops!! Van sitting on the drive way all ready to go. First stop today we, maybe Horsham or Nhill, see how far we get.TTFN

It's just over a week away and the excitment is building. We have been there and down this before but the itchy feet are getting worse. Van has been packed unpacked and pack again. 4wd has been checked and seviced. All passed with flying colours. We have got it all , we hope.
We leave on the 18th April, 9 weeks of great country to see and do. Some for the second time, most new and fresh!!
Ric, Tracey and the kids are already on their way, we hope to catch up with them in Ceduna all being well. Had one text message from Ric, something about on the banks of the Murray river and F.....fantastic!!
Can't wait.......
